Celtic 6-0 Aberdeen: What the manager said

"Angry" Aberdeen manager Barry Robson is not interested in using Thursday's Europa Conference League exertions against PAOK an excuse for their dismal display in losing 6-0 to Celtic in Glasgow.

"We are Aberdeen Football Club and have to better than that," he told BBC Scotland. "Not good enough - every aspect. That's from me, the staff, everyone.

"We never started the game well. First 15 minutes, poor, not getting close to anyone.

"Second half, we got them in, told them to get a bit closer to them. We got a bit closer to them for 15 minutes, but after that, we weren't good enough.

"When you go 3-0 down, you have to stop the bleeding and we didn't do that."

Asked what he has to say to Aberdeen's fans, Barry Robson adds that "we let them down".

How do Aberdeen respond? "Keep working, come out fighting and try to win the next game," Robson adds.
