Guests of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding were informed of a strict no cell phones or social media policy, but that didn’t seem to stop some of the big name guests on Friday.
The likes of singer Ricky Martin, model Cara Delevingne and musician Robbie Williams were amongst the celebrity attendees whose behind-the-scenes action from the royal nuptials emerged on Twitter and Instagram.
Designer Stella McCartney, who was the mastermind behind actress Demi Moore’s dress for the occasion, shared a photo of the 55-year-old wearing the maroon creation inside the wedding.
She also shared a snap of actress and model Liv Tyler who was also dressed in her label.
Meanwhile Richard Branson’s son, Sam, happily posed for a cheeky selfie outside the wedding with British footballer Jamie Redknapp and comedian Jack Whitehall.
Earlier this week it was revealed the happy couple shared the day’s schedule with guests, including pointing out a meeting point where attendees will be escorted to the venue.
Photography was banned at the ceremony, which took place inside St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, the same location Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot five months ago.
It was reported guests had been asked to “surrender mobile telephones, cameras and any electronic devices used for image capture” for the afternoon reception at Windsor Castle, hosted by the Queen.
A similar request was made for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.
