It’s not only Carrie Bickmore’s hilariously entertaining laughing fit that has The Project viewers talking after last night’s episode.
Fans of the show have been commenting on the TV host’s stunning outfit after she dressed to impress in a beautiful floral printed top.
When a fan Instagram account @whatcarriebickmorewore revealed the blouse retails for $549 from Australian designer, Carla Zampatti, some were very surprised by the whopping price tag.
“So pretty but $549 for a top?? Ugh Carla Zampatti,” wrote one fan.
Another penned, “$549?!! Is it silk?! I hope it was ethically made....”
On her own Instagram account, viewers couldn’t stop praising the star for her gorgeous style.
“Love that top. You look good in anything Carrie,” read one comment, while another added, “Carrie I LOVE your top”.
The former Gold Logie winner is always dressed to the nines by the Channel Ten wardrobe department, whether that be in a luxury brand outfit or a more affordable, yet still very stylish look.
Last night was a hilariously entertaining episode of The Project, as Carrie was so overcome by a fit of giggles that her co-host Hamish Macdonald was forced to step in and attempt to restore some order to the panel.
Carrie’s inexplicable laughing fit began immediately after Hamish welcomed viewers back following an ad break.
“Stop laughing Pete,” Carrie begged funny man Peter Helliar before dissolving into a chuckle, prompting Hamish to ask, “You right?”
“Yep,” Carrie replied, appearing to get her laughter under control before saying, “If you’ve just joined us...” then trailing off into yet another giggling fit.
“Oh no, I’m so sorry!” panel guest Chrissie Swan piped up as an amused Pete tried to put his co-host’s hysterics down to a lack of sleep.
“She's tired, she's tired,” Pete said as Carrie pointed accusingly at him across the desk.
Hamish thought on his feet at this point and quickly threw to a news break as Carrie unsuccessfully attempted to suppress her snickering.
