Laura Henshaw is back with another killer cardio blast for you thanks to this KIC HIIT session that will really have your legs burning.
In this 20-minute lower body workout, you can expect to sweat it out doing 45 seconds of each exercise with a 15 second break. Complete two laps.
Cardio workout challenge Week 3: Lower Body HIIT
Exercises
Squat Jumps - Land softly, bring your hips into full extension and squeeze your glutes at the top!
Squat hold - Chin down, hips back, knees out, weight through the heels and get low!
Push up to Mountain Climbers - Brace your abs and your glutes. Rip your knees up towards your chest, keeping your hips nice and steady!
Bike Crunches - Twist through your core, think about driving your shoulder to your hip
Walking lunges - Put your weight through the front heel and bring your chest slightly forward.
High Knees - Brace your core, keep your chest up and stay light on your toes
Lying leg raises - Keep lower back flat, roll your hips towards your chest, and control the way down
Heel touches - Bring your shoulder blades off the ground and reach for each heel one at a time
Step ups left - Lean your chest forward slightly, press your heel down and squeeze your glute at the top
Step up right - Repeat the last exercise on the opposite leg
