There’s nothing like your favourite type of chocolate being pulled from shelves to turn your mood upside down and ruin your whole week.

Well, those who despaired last year can rejoice this week as a Cadbury fan favourite is heading back to supermarkets across the country.

Following rumours over the past few months, Cadbury has confirmed fans deepest wishes are about to come true.

The chocolate brand’s golden child, the famous Caramilk caramel white block will be returning from October 2nd.

Described as a caramelised white chocolate, the block is so popular that last time it ran in Australia it was resold for up to ten times the price online.

It’s golden colour and singular taste has catapulted the bar to cult status among Aussie fans.

This time around the chocolate giant is beating the trend, releasing 500 bars to eBay ahead of stores as a charity sale with all proceeds going to Save the Children.

The company’s official eBay page will be selling the bars for $4.80 a pop as of this Thursday 26th of September, letting avid fans get their hands on a bar ahead of time.

The product was last on shelves in early 2018 but sold out in record time.

This time around online shoppers can’t grab more than one bar per person, meaning at least 500 fans will have a chance at the pot of chocolate gold.

If you miss out of a bar of chocolate from eBay however, fear not.

The bars will be hitting confectionary aisles from good just a week later.

In-store the limit does not apply, so feel free to load up on the white chocolate goodies to your heart’s content.
