Can you spot the mistake in this I'm A Celeb post?

As stars have been thrust into the South African jungle, viewers of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! have been keeping up to date on the drama through the show and its official Instagram account.

But the most recent Instagram post shared by the Channel Ten program has caused much confusion amongst fans thanks to one small detail.

What’s more, Australian singer Shannon Noll, who appeared on the show last year, was the first person to point out the small detail in the post featuring hosts Julia Morris and Dr Chris Brown.

Hey guys, what’s with Katoomba Blue Mountains underneath your posts, because I know for a fact I lived in the camp for 42 days and it wasn’t in Katoomba!” the 43-year-old wrote.

Indeed the location tag used on the post was Katoomba in New South Wales, while Julia and Chris’ photo was taken in South Africa.

However one fan think there’s strategy behind Channel Ten’s choice of location tag.

“Wait I think I know why you said it’s at blue mountains because you don’t want people to no exactly where you are in South Africa (sic),” they wrote.

“G’day champ, they’re taking the pi*s! There’s some moody whingey viewers that reckon it’s filmed in the blue mountains hahaha,” wrote another fan.

Channel Ten responded to Shannon’s post by sharing a series of confused face emojis, but didn’t change the location tag.

This year the likes of Richard Reid, Jacqui Lambie, Sam Dastyari, Justin Lacko and Gogglebox’s Angie and Yvie are among the stars on the show.
