Bruce—who shares Scout and Tallulah as well as daughter Rumer Willis, 36, with ex-wife Demi Moore—was pictured holding a small desk plaque that read, "Best Dad Ever."
The Die Hard actor, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2023, approximately six months after being diagnosed with aphasia, also shares daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with wife Emma Heming Willis.
In the comments section of the post, Nicky Hilton shared a heart emoji, while one fan wrote, "Yall rule for sharing glimpses of your amazing father with us."
Another commenter posted, "I am grateful for these photos of your wonderful father, a man with a beautiful soul and heart. Thank you for sharing this with his fans who love him and remember him."
Earlier this week, Tallulah shared another intimate moment with her father to Instagram. On Tuesday, she posted an image of two snapshots—one on top of the other—with both of her parents. The second shot showed Bruce kissing his daughter on the cheek on one side while Demi embraced her from the other side.

Though Bruce doesn't make many public appearances these days, Moore and their daughters are often asked about his health.
The G.I. Jane star recently provided an update during a speaking event at the 2024 Hamptons International Film Festival in New York on Oct. 13, describing her ex-husband as "stable" while noting that she feels it is necessary for her and her daughters to embrace a "real deep acceptance" about Bruce's health.
In a 2023 statement, Bruce's family told fans, "Bruce has always found joy in life – and has helped everyone he knows to do the same. It has meant the world to see that sense of care echoed back to him and to all of us. We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time. Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible."
