When Avalon Garvey met Doug Traser in an online forum in 2016, their instant connection made her realise she needed to leave her boyfriend of three years.
Despite their huge differences, with Avalon then a 17-year-old from West Yorkshire and Doug a San Francisco-based 44-year-old, the student knew it was something she couldn’t ignore.
After months of chatting, Doug decided to fly to meet Avalon in person, with the brunette admitting the two were soon intimate.
“I was 17. 16 was the age you could legally have sex, so it was completely legal,” Avalon told the publication.
Fast forward two years, and the couple are still happily together, with Avalon, 19, spilling all about their “extravagant” sex life and how happy the IT worker makes her.
“When we are together it is extravagant, it is good,” Avalon told the Sun.

“He knows what he is doing, I am happy.”
It hasn’t all been smooth sailing for the pair though.
With their long-distance relationship seeing them visit each other every other month and flying to and from the UK and the US, Avalon has faced judgement from others.
Luckily, that hasn’t been the case with Doug’s children – aged 24, 22, and 12 – and Avalon’s mum who approves of the romance.
Despite admitting there have been times when Doug gets mistaken for her dad, Avalon doesn’t care.
“I get stares and I will rub it in their face and give him a cuddle,” she told the Sun.
