Brianna LaPaglia Clarifies She Is Not Dating Anyone After Split from Zach Bryan, Asks, 'Am I Not Allowed to Smooch a Little?'

Brianna 'Chickenfry' LaPaglia made the clarification after she cozied up to a new guy in a previous TikTok posted Nov. 17

Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia clarified that she is not dating anyone new amid her split from Zach Bryan in October.

In a TikTok posted Nov. 18, the 25-year-old Internet personality addressed speculation that she moved on with someone new, asking followers, "You guys think I'm ever gonna have a boyfriend again? I am in intensive therapy."

"I'm hanging out with a guy who's going back to Australia; I'm never going to see him again," LaPaglia said, and then concluded her video with another set of questions: "Am I not allowed to live a little? Am I not allowed to smooch a little?"

Speculation that the podcast host was seeing someone new first popped after she sat with her "pals" on a New York bench in a TikTok on Nov. 17. LaPaglia was spotted sitting closely with the aforementioned unnamed Australian friend and captioned the video, “Sometimes all you need is a nyc sunrise and some good pals.” She also responded to a comment that asked her about "moving on" quickly and replied, “Well I was cheated on my whole relationship so yeah.”

A representative for Bryan did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on the cheating allegations.

LaPaglia previously clarified in another TikTok posted Nov. 16 that she was only "hanging out with one of the Australian boys, but just for fun.” She also added that “we’re just going to have a fun day, it’s nothing crazy. So if you see me and an Australian boy walking around, ignore me, okay? Ignore.”

LaPaglia first made her romance with Bryan public back in July 2023 after the pair met a few months prior in May 2023. The 29-year-old country singer first announced that the pair split up on his Instagram Story on Oct. 22, and wrote that he and LaPaglia had “broken up” and clarified that he respected and loved her “with every ounce of my heart.”

LaPaglia quickly responded to Bryan's statement and revealed that she was “blindsided” and took a break from social media after the split in an "attempt to heal privately."

She later opened up on an episode of the BFFs Podcast on Nov. 7 and alleged that Bryan emotionally abused her and offered her $12 million to stay silent about her experiences in their relationship. She also alleged that Bryan previously made other women sign non-disclosure agreement (NDAs) to keep them quiet about their relationships with him as well.

"The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life dealing with the abuse from this dude," LaPaglia said. "You made the women before me believe that they had no other choice but to take money from you. [They] signed their experiences and what they went through away [so] you get to go skip off and sing you little f---ing songs on stage like you're a good dude."

"I'm not signing away my experiences and what I went through to protect someone that hurt me," she continued. "I'm a lot stronger than a weak man, f--- you and f--- your money."

Bryan has yet to publicly comment on LaPaglia's allegations.
