In the latest Countdown to Christmas movie on Hallmark Channel, Rachel Skarsten and Corey Sevier dive into the spy scene in The Christmas Charade. The two also recently starred in Jazz Ramsey: A K-9 Mystery on Hallmark Mystery.

What is The Christmas Charade about?
Whitney (Skarsten), a cautious librarian raised by home security experts, finds herself in a real-life adventure when a blind date mix-up leads her into an undercover FBI operation. Forced to pose as the girlfriend of Special Agent Josh (Sevier), she helps him track down an art thief targeting the Saint Nicholas Ruby at a Christmas Eve charity ball. As the stakes rise, Whitney must embrace her inner action hero to save the day—and her family—just in time for Christmas.

Rachel Skarsten (Whitney)
Rachel Skarsten is probably best known for her role as Queen Elizabeth I in The CW series, Reign. She has guest starred on such shows as Wynonna Earp, Imposters, and Little Men which also starred Corey Sevier. For Hallmark, Skarsten has starred in several films including The Royal Nanny opposite her Reign co-star Dan Jeannotte, Timeless Love, and Christmas Island.

Corey Sevier (Josh)
Corey Sevier has been acting professionally since he was seven when he landed the role of Timmy in the ‘90s version of the prolific series, Lassie. He has had recurring roles in Cedar Cove and Mistresses. He has also starred in several films including Northern Lights of Christmas, Road Trip Romance, and The Dog Lover's Guide to Dating.
