Beyoncé's Daughter Rumi, 6½, Joins Mom on “Cowboy Carter ”Track 'Protector' — Listen
Rumi is among featured artists like Willie Nelson, Miley Cyrus and Post Malone on her mom's new country album
Rumi Carter has made her album debut!
Beyoncé's younger daughter, 6½, is listed next to her mom's name on the performers for the song "Protector," on Bey's brand-new country compilation, Cowboy Carter.
"Mom, can I hear the lullaby, please?" little Rumi's voice can be heard at the very beginning of the dreamy, heartstring-tugging song, which is track No. 4 on the album.
"I will lead you down that road if you lose your way / Born to be a protector / Even though I know someday you’re gonna shine on your own / I will be your projector," sings Beyoncé, 42, in the chorus.
The song ends with children's joyous voices being heard in the background.

Beyoncé is a mother of three, sharing Rumi, her twin brother Sir and the siblings' 12-year-old sister Blue Ivy, with husband JAY-Z.
And while Rumi is making her debut on Cowboy Carter, big sister Blue has been performing alongside their mom for a while.
Back in May 2023, Rumi attended Bey's Renaissance World Tour in Paris, where she watched Blue dominate the stage during two songs of their mother's set.
A fan account shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) of Rumi sitting with friends and family at the Stade de France as she cheered on her sibling, even holding up a sign that read "We Love You Blue!" at one point during the show.
Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson are among the featured artists on Cowboy Carter. Nelson, 90, can be heard on "Smoke Hour Willie Nelson" and "Smoke Hour II."

Disney channel alum Cyrus, 31, joins Beyoncé for the track "II Most Wanted," while Malone, 28, collabs with the Houston native for a song called “Levii’s Jeans.”
In addition to a cover of "Jolene," there is also a short track titled “Dolly P” that appears on Cowboy Carter, which features Parton saying, "Hey Ms. Honey Bey, it's Dolly P. You know that hussy with good hair you sing about reminded me of someone I knew back when, except she has flaming locks of auburn hair, bless her heart. Just a hair of a different color, but it hurts just the same."
Other Black country artists that appear on the album include Rhiannon Giddens, Tanner Adell and Willie Jones. Addell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy and Reyna Roberts joined Beyoncé for her cover of The Beatles' "Blackbird." Jones contributed to "Just for Fun," while Giddens plays banjo on the album's lead single "Texas Hold 'Em."
In addition to those previously named, songs on Cowboy Carter include "Ameriican Requiem," "16 Carriages," "My Rose," "Bodyguard," "Daughter," "Spaghettii," "Alligator Tears," "Flamenco," "The Linda Martell Show," "Ya Ya," "Oh Louisiana," "Desert Eagle," "Riiverdance," "II Hands II Heaven," "Tyrant" "Sweet Honey Buckiin' " and "Amen."
Cowboy Carter is now streaming wherever you listen to music.
