½ small (about 1.6kg)seedless watermelon,peeled
3 cups cranberry juice,chilled
3 cups lemonade, chilled
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups ice cubes, to serve

1 Cut watermelon into 1.5cm-thick slices. Using a small star-shaped biscuit cutter, cut stars from watermelon.
2 Put ½ the watermelon stars and any remaining watermelon in a food processor or blender. Process until pureed. Push through a fine sieve into a large bowl. You should have about 1½ cups of liquid. Discard solids.
3 Pour cranberry juice, lemonade and watermelon juice into a punchbowl or 2 large serving jugs. Stir until combined. Add watermelon stars, mint leaves and ice. Serve.
