Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Spend Holiday Together Amid Actor's Divorce From Jennifer Lopez

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are focusing on what's really important this holiday season.

The former couple spent Thanksgiving Day giving back to their community while they gathered as a family to serve free meals to the homeless in Los Angeles.

Affleck, 52, and Garner, also 52, were spotted at the annual Thanksgiving Street Fair held by homeless shelter The Midnight Mission on Thursday, Nov. 28, where they volunteered with their three children: Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15 and Samuel, 12.

The former spouses—who were married for 10 years before going their separate ways in 2015—were seen smiling together for a photo shared by the shelter on Instagram, which showed Garner and Affleck posing alongside The Midnight Mission's CEO David Prentice.

"Today, we were honored to have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner join us at The Midnight Mission for Thanksgiving! Their kindness, warmth, and dedication brought so much joy to our Skid Row community," the shelter's Instagram caption read.

The post continued, "Thank you, Ben and Jennifer, for serving meals and sharing smiles on this special day. Your compassion reminds us all of the true meaning of Thanksgiving—coming together to support one another."

"Love seeing them together ❤️ thank you for spreading kindness and joy," one fan wrote under the post.

"It's so good to see Ben smiling," another commenter noticed about the Justice League actor, who is in the midst of a divorce from ex, Jennifer Lopez.

"If Daredevil and Electra can make time then we all can," someone else wrote, referring to the actors' onscreen superhero personas. "Don't have to be a superhero to care!!!"
