What do you love most about working with Jurlique?
I love being affiliated with a company that places such an emphasis on natural and biodynamic products.

Favourite product?
Jurlique’s Herbal Recovery Gel is a god send, it can fix any skin issue.

Top 5 beauty essentials?
Tinted moisturizer, bronzer, clarisonic face cleansing brush, ysl gold under eye pen and Jurlique’s Love Balm.

Do you follow a skincare routine? If so what?
Yes, in the morning I wash my face with my clarisonic facial cleansing brush (you can buy online at sephora.com) and Jurlique’s Daily Exfoliating Cream, then I apply eye cream, Skin Ceuticals Line Defense Treatment, Jurlique’s Calendular Oil and finish with the Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel. I repeat this step at night time too.

What foods do you think can help your skin glow?
Lots of fruit, lentils, fish and healthy fats like raw almonds and avocado. Cutting out starchy carbs such as white bread really helps your skin to radiate.

Any summer beauty tips?
Exercise is a must. To make your workout more stimulating try doing interval training 3-4 times a week. On the treadmill I do this as often as possible alternating between running on 13kmph for 30 seconds and walking on 6.5kmph at a 15% incline for 1 minute. I do this regime for a total of 30 mins and you work up a great sweat and blast way more calories than jogging at the same pace for 30 mins. Fake tan is great, I especially love putting it on my face, it makes your skin glow and body moisturizer with shimmer in it is another way to make your skin shine.

What do you think makes Aussie girls beautiful?
We are typically happy and positive women and that radiates on the outside. I think that Australian women prefer the au natural look and to me women are always looking their best without a face full of heavy makeup.
