“Natalie’s colour is very much up to the minute; that is lots of fine foils but then toned in a very violet beige tone that is so HOT. Ask your hairdresser for a toner that is the lightest violet blonde to give the hair a cutting-edge colour finish,” says Wayne Lewis, Technical Director of Original & Mineral and Colour Director for Original “A” Salon (formally Atlantis Hair).

“It’s all about layers for Natalie. Long layers through the back and short layers through the front. That’s what creates this voluminous haircut. To blow it out, start off with a good nourishing product like O&M’s No Knott detangler conditioner to keep the hair in the best condition possible. Comb this through, then add a foundation of body building product such as O&M’s Rootalicious root lift then spray heavy-handed from roots to ends. Blow-dry working from the nape to the crown with a small round brush, making sure to pull from the roots but not to give too much curl on the ends - a bend is all we need. Once blow-dried, shake hair with fingers to create more texture and seal the look with O&M’s Original Queenie hairspray to hold the look in place. Add a “wind machine” and the look is complete. Though, taking the “wind machine” everywhere may be a little bit difficult,” says Alan Buki, Co-Founder for Original & Mineral and Owner for Original “A” salon (formally Atlantis Hair).
