Makeup Artist Slams Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits

Despite the popularity of Kylie Jenner’s Lip Kits, some fans were less than impressed with the quality of the latest products they ordered online.

Makeup artist Jeffree Star received Jenner’s newest glosses but was one very unhappy customer to find out the brushes were frayed and tattered.

Star took to Twitter to rant his rage, “So I got the new @kyliecosmetics lip glosses.... SO disappointed in this product. That wand is unacceptable."

The beauty guru then called out Jenner for allowing her Lip Kits to be sent out in such condition.

“No shade but... How the f*** can a multimillion dollar celebrity, think this is acceptable?? Was there no quality control?”

Star’s tweets caught the attention of many, who also received frayed wands in their Lip Kits.

“@Jeffree Star I opened mind and was like this is a joke right…” one Twitter user said.

“@JeffreeStar that’s how mine came and ruined a pair of my favourite leggings because it exploded!! Will not buy again,” another said.

Other Kylie Cosmetics fans accused Star of being fake, saying he is a Kylie Cosmetics hater.

“People wouldn't be buying the product if it weren't good. Buy another product instead of hating on this one,” another tweeted.

Stat is quite the opposite and is in fact a huge fan of Kylie Cosmetics, with the largest collection of her glosses you’ve ever seen.

“So everyone who's writing me crazy sh*t, relax and go focus on something positive. I love @KylieJenner and can't wait for what’s next!” He wrote.

As soon as Jenner find out about her faulty wands, she took to Twitter to apologise and assure fans she will make things right by sending new ones to everyone who was affected.

“Only a small amount of the old brushes were sold and we have been sending new ones for anyone that has had an issue…”

Admitting their products shouldn't have gone out like that, @KylieCosmetics said, “Life is a learning experience and we learn from our mistakes.”
