Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit Sells Out In Less Than A Minute

Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit collection launched yesterday and sold out within a minute.

While the super-quick sales are impressive, it was to be expected from the 18-year-old beauty's fans, after she spurred an internet trend months ago with people plumping up their lips in an effort to look like their idol.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star had kept her fans waiting for her highly-anticipated lipgloss line for many months but announced it was ready to be dropped on her Instagram page.

The collection, which features matte lipglosses, liners and lipsticks, went on sale on Kylie's website at 12pm for $29 on Monday, however within a minute fans were left disappointed when they were greeted with an error page upon logging in.

Kylie took to her Instagram account on Sunday night to tease the release and give fans a sneak-peak at the three colours - named Dolce K, Candy K, and TrueBrown K - included in the long-awaited collection.

Uploading a photograph of the sophisticated packaging, Kylie gave a run-down of what's included in the set.

She wrote "The kits include a lip liner and a matte liquid lipstick and will be sold worldwide online."

Kylie's decision to release a lip line came just months after she was slammed with criticism for undergoing a non-surgical cosmetic procedure to plump up her pout last year.

The brunette babe was forced to reveal she has had temporary lip enhancement injections on an episode of their family E! reality TV show in May after the #KylieJennerChallenge, which saw young fans attempt to mimic her lip look by sucking on the rim of a cup, went viral.

Earlier this year, she said: "I have had temporary lip fillers. It's just something I wanted to do."

Her mother Kris Jenner, 60, previously admitted she didn't give the reality TV star, who was 17 at the time, permission to get lip fillers and was fuming when she discovered she'd gone behind her back.
