Aussie fitness trainer Emily Skye has wowed her fans with her incredible post-baby transformation, sharing a side-by-side of herself six weeks and 20 weeks post-partum.
The Instagram star has been sharing her fitness journey with her followers since having her daughter Mia, and says ‘it hasn’t been easy’.
“I’m still blown away by what the human body is capable of and how it can transform,” the 33-year-old wrote in the caption on Instagram.
“There have been many hurdles since starting my postpartum journey but that’s life for you.”
The trainer has always been honest about her health and fitness since having a baby, and while she is working on being fit and strong, she knows her body won’t be the same as it was before birth.
Most importantly, she is doing everything in moderation.
“I’m working my way back to being fit and strong without being restrictive, doing excessive exercise and most importantly without sacrificing my precious time with my daughter Mia,” she wrote.
Emily started working out again six weeks after giving birth, sharing a before photo with her fans at the time.

She’s been doing her own FIT program, initially just from home, before heading back to the gym.
Her transformation video – which you can watch above – has been viewed over 800,000 times already, and counting, and her fans are in love.
“Well done. Amazing progress,” one user commented.
“I remember that loose skin you were concerned about and now you can’t even see it! It’s slowly tightening up and omg this is crazy,” another fan said.
