Those who love fashion love nothing more than taking a new trend out for a spin, but the latest version of what's become a common new look might have even the most fashion-forward among us pulling up short.
The underboob wrap trend took off in recent years when daring influencers began experimenting with scarf tops and upside down bikinis.
From there, it was a hop, skip and jump to the underboob dresses we have today – though not literally of course because in these looks any sudden movement is a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.
Now Aussie influencer Anna Paul has showed off the eye-popping trend in a sizzling Instagram snap.
The stunning Gold Coast-based influencer donned the look in question to celebrate Mikaela Testa’s birthday over the weekend.
The metallic gold number featured a skin-tight skirt that came to her ribcage, with two, thin golden sections that wrapped across her chest to meet in a halter around her neck.
The influencer had fans flooding the comments to praise the red-hot look, though many joked that the look required some serious confidence in chance and providence.
“Stunning and you really do be trusting that top,” another commented.
"You’ve got more trust in this top than I have in men,” another joked.
The Aussie model runs a successful OnlyFans account and recently had her 1.2 million follower TikTok account banned for 'inappropriate content'.
She says her TikTok was perfectly innocent and was baffled .by the decision to pull the plug.
Anna is the second influencer to turn heads with an underboob look recently.
Love Island star Kim Hartnett left followers shocked after uploading a snap showing her wearing her similarly extreme take on the underboob dress.
The back cross neck bodycon dress from PettyLittleThing is described as being ‘essential for that night out’ and sure to ‘turn heads this weekend'.
