Feeling a little edgy or unsettled is quite possible today. It may feel like anxiety, nervousness or that ‘cat on a hot tin roof’ feeling. It will pass, but before it does, you could land yourself in hot water if you’re not careful. Your job is to be aware and notice how you react and respond to circumstances around you. If you feel drained, buzzy or generally unsettled, that is you cue to walk away, breathe and get yourself back in the right frame of mind.
