You might eventually be able to articulate it to yourself but when you speak it, you might lose your train of thought or there’s a chance that it might be misinterpreted. Perhaps you’ll just let it go instead. This might sound all worthy and saintly and unrealistic, but if you do manage to keep it buttoned, once you sit down later on this evening and do whatever you do as you reflect on the day that’s been, it looks like you’ll be glad that you kept a lid on things rather than opening another can of worms.
