When things feel stressful, stuck or stagnant, it is easy to get ourselves caught in a feedback loop. A loop that nothing changes, or that everything or everyone is against us. Today, try a different approach to your self-talk, perspective or mindset on things. Old ways don’t open new doors, so if you’re fed up of being fed up, then do something different. Start with a compromise or seeing a situation from someone else’s point of view. Do that, and things will feel so much better.
