This secret Apple Watch feature is blowing people's minds: 'I didn't know it did that'

Apple Watch users, prepare to have your minds blown.

Recently, TikTok user Chloe Lyn discovered a feature on the Calculator app that takes all of the guessing work (and math) out of figuring out how much to tip.

As Chloe demonstrates in a TikTok video, all you have to do is type in the total of your bill and tap the “TIP” button on the Calculator app. The app will calculate a 20 percent tip for you, plus add that 20 percent tip to the bill to give you your new total.

“I’m completely mind blown,” Chloe captioned her video. “Plus, this may help some ppl who aren’t aware how to properly tip.”

Chloe wasn’t the only Apple Watch user who wasn’t aware of this handy feature.

“I didn’t even know I had the calculator app on my watch and I’m 4 years deep into Apple Watches,” one person said.

“This is awesome! I didn’t know it did that” another user added.

“Thank you for your service,” a third person commented.

According to one user, “you can also use the crown to adjust how much you want the tip to be” if you’d rather tip more than 20 percent.
