Alex Cooper is all about being flexible.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE about her new Unwell Hydration beverage line, the Call Her Daddy podcast host, 30, opens up about her health and wellness routine and why it is never the same.

"I'll be honest, it changes every single day, every week," Cooper says. "I think everyone can understand that sometimes you're like, 'I am on my fitness grind. I am ready to eat that salad. I'm ready to hydrate. My skincare is going to be popping' — and then life happens."

"Then it torpedoes into you feeling unwell, and then you have to go back to the grind of trying to get well again," continues the entrepreneur. "We're all exhausted from work, we have social lives, we want to be a good friend and a good partner, and it's just this endless cycle."

"So I would say sometimes I'm working out and I'm hydrating extra, and sometimes I'm like, 'Alex, put it in your calendar. We're starting on Sunday,' " adds Cooper.

With the release of her Unwell Hydration beverage line, Cooper hopes the drinks will give people an easy way to prioritize their health and wellness.

The beverages come in three flavors — Strawberry, Mango Citrus and Orange Hibiscus — and each one contains more than 700 milligrams of electrolytes, as well as a mix of B-complex vitamins and green coffee extract.

Cooper tells PEOPLE she got the idea for the latest addition to her Unwell Network while she was touring earlier this year.

"I was exhausted and I felt so hungover, even though I wasn't even drinking," she explains. "I was like, 'Why am I so tired? I have bags under my eyes,' and every time I would grab something that was hydrating, it either tasted really s-----, or there was just so much sugar in it."

The Unwell Hydration beverage line will be available exclusively at Target stores nationwide and on Target.com starting on Jan. 1. The drink line, which will retail for $2.49 per 16.9 fluid oz. bottle and $14.99 for an 8-pack, will expand to additional retailers across the United States throughout 2025.
