Tom Holland and Zendaya have never, ever been happier. After Zendaya seemingly announced their engagement by showing off her stunning sparkler on the Golden Globes red carpet, Tom's dad Dominic Holland has officially entered the chat to confirm the news.
Dominic shared a rare glimpse into the couple's life through a blog post on his Patreon, writing, “Tom, as you know by now was very incredibly well prepared. He had purchased a ring, he had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out. When, where, how, what to say, what to wear.”
His blog post comes after sources close to the couple told TMZ that Tom met up with Zendaya's dad "months ago," seeking his permission to propose. According to insiders, the Euphoria star's family loves Tom "and thinks he's a class act."
However...Z's dad, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, shut down TMZ's report in a conversation with the Daily Mail shortly after the news broke. He reportedly told the outlet that any mention of Tom asking for his blessing was false.
"That was a bunch of crap dealt out by TMZ," he said before adding, "I don't know what you're talking about." When the Daily Mail's reporter attempted to get more answers, he allegedly refused further comment.
The couple has yet to publicly confirm any reports surrounding their engagement.
