Aldi is releasing a rosé-flavoured gin in time for Mother's Day
Hold the phone because Aldi is releasing rosé-flavoured gin, proving we really can have it all this Mother’s Day.
All the sun and public holidays have Aussies everywhere feeling like we’re experiencing an endless summer, and the latest Special Buys Liquor catalogue from Aldi is only stoking the fire.
Available from May 1, anyone looking for a special gift won’t have to look much further than these special drinks that will tickle any mum pink.
That’s right, everything’s coming up rosé this Mother’s Day, with the supermarket giant releasing bargain deals on pink wine, and a fresh new twist on gin that brings our two great loves together at last.
The supermarket is offering a brand new variety on two old classic – Ginbery’s Rosé Gin.
Just what it sounds like, the unique pink gin achieves its rosy hue using a distilling process that incorporates botanicals like strawberries and raspberries.
Sold in a gift pack with a matching glass, this gift will only set shoppers back $40.
For those who like dipping their toes in a variety of flavours – but not dipping into their savings – there is the Flavoured Gin Selection Gift Pack for only $17.
The gift pack includes four 50ml bottles, each boasting a different twist on the classic liquor, including flavours like Elderflower, Violet, Wild Berry and Rhubarb and Rosehip.
There are also varieties of the famous pink wine itself available at jaw-dropping prices.
Mateus and Les Argelières are two of the rosés on offer.
Both are French and both come in under $10.
Looks like we’ll all be looking at the world through rosé-coloured glasses this May, and we couldn’t be happier.
