Travis Barker's Daughter, Alabama, Revealed Why She's Taking Weight-Loss Medication: "It's Like, I See What You Guys Are Seeing"
Warning: Discussion of body image.
Alabama Barker defended her body image against online haters again, and it's overwhelming.

In her TikTok Live from a fan-captured video, Alabama said, "I'm on weight-loss medication because I'm tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre."
"I have, like, this thing where I photograph so ugly," Alabama continued, "and people are like, 'Oh my God, you're so fat and you're so ugly.'"
"It's like, I see what you guys are seeing," she continued, "but like just, like, meet me in person. I feel like I really don't look like that."
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Alabama has addressed hateful comments toward her appearance.
Back in April, she defended herself against comments that accused her of getting "plastic surgery on everything" when she posted a series of bikini photos. She urged the so-called fan to "stop being delusional."
In February, Alabama posted another photo of herself in a bikini with a multi-colored cover-up and responded to another user who claimed, "This child has done a lot of cosmetic surgery @ a very young age, I hope she doesn't over do it! She looks good now!"
Alabama responded, "I really appreciate the love! I'm natural, besides my lips, accept the fact I'm naturally beautiful."
She actually shared information about Anush Movsesian, the aesthetic practitioner responsible for her lip filler.
In 2023, Alabama addressed how she deals with haters, something that her stepmother, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, has experienced with her reality TV career. Alabama told E! News, "I just feel like it's a self-projection," referring to the haters online. "And I hate that for them because I wish them the best, and it's just them projecting their insecurities."
"And you just need to know to keep going when people do something like that," she added.
It's disheartening that Alabama is put in the position to defend herself against trolls and online haters discussing her image. She didn't clarify which weight loss medication she's currently taking, and honestly, it shouldn't be anyone's business but her own.
In an Oct. 11 Instagram story, in response to a Q&A asking how she "stays so positive" in the face of the criticism, Alabama shared, "I'm not going to sit here & lie and say it's easy and to keep pushing."
"It gets very challenging, especially when they don't know you. I feel very misunderstood!" she wrote.
"It's all a part of the lifestyle... people are going to hate regardless.. you need to not feed into it, you won't benefit from it! Keep your peace protected."
