Last night her big dream came true when the superstar brought the youngster on stage to sing with her after she spotted her banner, which said, "It's my dream to sing with Adele."

Where is that box of tissues?

Singing Someone Like You, Emily was cheered on by the audience, and even got a standing ovation from the Manchester crowd.

Speaking to the Mirror, Emily's dad Ray says his daughter suffers from "autism, ADHD as well as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type three, which causes her limbs to be weak".

But, he stressed, it has never stopped her doing what she loves.

"Emily said she wants to show people that have disabilities or mental issues they can still do mainstream things like singing they should not be stopped from doing them," he added.
