Co-creator and showrunner Tim Minear teases the revelations galore to come on season 8, episode 6 of the ABC drama.

Tonight's episode of 9-1-1 is titled "Confessions" — and co-creator and showrunner Tim Minear says it lives up to its name.

"In the cases and in the personal stories, there are a lot of confessions being made," he explains. Eddie (Ryan Guzman) "literally is in a confessional, confessing," the showrunner tells Entertainment Weekly, who previously promised that this week would explain Eddie's mustache as well.

In a preview clip from season 8, episode 6 exclusive to EW (below), Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and Chimney (Kenneth Choi) will also reflect on how Mara (Askyler Bell) — Hen (Aisha Hinds) and Karen (Tracie Thoms)'s foster child — staying with them for months affected their daughter, Jee-Yun. "Then Maddie has a little confession to make as well," Minear teases.
