Yahoo Lifestyle 59-year-old Lorraine Kelly wows in thigh-high split gown at National Television Awards
Tonight, the nation’s most beloved small screen stars donned their finest clobber for the 2019 National Television Awards with the likes of Holly Willoughby, Richard Madden and Emma Willis making the guest list.
But it was 59-year-old Lorraine Kelly who really stole the conversation, as she demonstrated how to work this season’s most popular trend on the red carpet – the thigh-high split.
Proving it’s not a look merely reserved for the millennial A-list set – Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski are firm fans – the television presenter braved the snow in a cold-shoulder number.
To finish the cap-sleeved gown by The Pretty Dress Company, Kelly wore bejewelled drop earrings and a sparkly clutch with a hot red manicure delivering Old Hollywood vibes.
In one final bid for extra style points, she opted for a pair of strappy tassel & Other Stories shoes – another trend successfully ticked from the check list.
