1.Sex Education Season 4
Sex Education will wrap this year with Season 4, and TBH, I'm already in mourning. The new season picks up where Season 3 left off, following the closure of Moordale Secondary. Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) now face a new frontier — their first day at Cavendish Sixth Form College. Otis is getting nervous about opening a new clinic, while Eric is praying the duo doesn't start back at the bottom and end up losers again. Meanwhile, Maeve (Emma Mackey) is in the US and is living her dream at the prestigious Wallace University, where she is being taught by Thomas Molloy (Dan Levy).

2.Ahsoka
The latest show in the Star Wars universe, Ahsoka brilliant brings to life the beloved characters from Star Wars: Rebels in this outstanding live-action series. The show follows Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) as she investigates a new emerging threat to the galaxy following the fall of the Empire.

3.The Fall of the House of Usher
If it's a show from the incredible horror mind of Mike Flanagan, you know I'll be seated. The Fall of the House of Usher premieres this fall and sees Flanagan tackling the work of Edgar Allan Poe. The limited series follows the Usher siblings, who have built a pharmaceutical empire, suddenly uncovering their family's secrets when heirs start to die at the hands of a mysterious woman from the family's past. The Fall of the House of Usher also reunites several actors from Flanagan's other movies and shows like Kate Siegel, Carla Gugino, Rahul Kohli, Samantha Sloyan, Zach Gilford, Katie Parker, Michael Trucco, and more.

4.Gen V
The first The Boys spinoff series, Gen V expands the universe to Godolkin University, the prestigious superhero-only college where students train to be the next generation of heroes. While The Boys depicts the corrupt side of superheroes, Gen V explores how not all supes start out corrupt. The stakes are obviously much higher for superhero college students, but don't worry, there's plenty of partying, worrying about good grades, and other typical college stuff, too.

5.Our Flag Means Death Season 2
One of the best TV shows of 2022 returns for Season 2, and I cannot wait. Our Flag Means Death picks up with Stede Bonnet (Rhys Darby) and Blackbeard (Taika Waititi) dealing with something all pirates deal with: heartbreak. This new season will continue to focus on Stede and Blackbeard's unlikely, but perfect, romance, as they try to find their way back to each other and figure out how to fit their love into their pirate lives. This entire ensemble cast continues to be a gift, too.

6.Percy Jackson and the Olympians
Based on the beloved novels by Rick Riordan, Percy Jackson and the Olympians follows Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell), a modern demigod who is coming to terms with his newfound divine powers. Percy's just trying to find his way and fit in when suddenly the all-powerful god Zeus (Lance Reddick) accuses him of stealing his master lightning bolt. Now, alongside his friends Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) and Grover (Aryan Simhadri), Percy embarks on an adventure to find it and restore order to Olympus.

7.Lessons in Chemistry
Based on the bestselling novel by Bonnie Garmus, Lessons in Chemistry follows Elizabeth Zott (Brie Larson), whose dream of being a scientist in the 1950s proves to be harder to achieve in an industry dominated by men. Soon, she finds herself fired from her lab, and she ultimately accepts a job as a host on a TV cooking show. Eventually, Elizabeth sets out to teach housewives how to cook, using what she knows best: science. I highly recommend checking out the novel as well, which was one of the best of 2022.

8.Invincible
One of the best TV shows of 2021, Invincible makes its long-awaited return this fall, and everybody — and I mean, everybody — should be watching. Following a jaw-dropping Season 1, the series picks up right after Mark (Steven Yeun) learns THAT shocking revelation about his dad Omni-Man (J. K. Simmons). Things really get interesting as Mark continues to fight evil and try to be the superhero he knows he can be. Alongside the all-star voice cast from Season 1, this season features even more incredible actors like Chloe Bennet, Rhea Seehorn, Calista Flockhart, Sterling K. 9.All the Light We Cannot See
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel of the same name, All the Light We Cannot See follows Marie-Laure (Aria Mia Loberti), a blind French girl and her father, Daniel LeBlanc (Mark Ruffalo), who flee German-occupied Paris with a legendary diamond in an attempt to keep it from falling into the hands of the Nazis. 10.Wilderness
Based on the novel of the same name, this psychological thriller follows Liv (Jenna Coleman) and Will (Oliver Jackson-Cohen), a seemingly perfect couple with a solid marriage and a glamorous life in New York. However, everything comes crashing down when Liv learns of Will's affair. Her heartbreak quickly turns into rage just as the duo set off for a roadtrip across the US. While Will thinks the trip is a perfect time to fix things, Liv is starting to think that, well, accidents happen all the time and revenge sounds a little better.

11.Loki Season 2
Tom Hiddleston returns as his beloved Marvel character in the second season of Loki. Picking up where Season 1 left off, Loki (Hiddleston) and Mobius (Owen Wilson) are once again trying to save the timeline, especially after what happened with Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) in the Season 1 finale. Loki and Mobius are off on another timeline-spanning adventure as they search for various versions of the villain Kang (Jonathan Majors). Alongside the returning Season 1 cast, Ke Huy Quan notably joins as a TVA tech expert named OB.

12.Doctor Who 2023 Specials
David Tennant and Catherine Tate return as The Doctor and Donna in three special episodes to mark the 60th anniversary of this hit series. Following Jodie Whittaker's departure as The Doctor, she regenerated looking like the Tenth Doctor (Tennant), and now we get to see his next adventure, alongside Donna, Neil Patrick Harris in a secret villainous role, and Heartstopper star Yasmin Finney. Following these special episodes, Ncuti Gatwa will take over the role of The Doctor.

13.Virgin River Season 5
I'm gonna be honest; this is my favorite comfort show. Virgin River returns with Season 5 as Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) and Jack (Martin Henderson) put the whole Charmaine (Lauren Hammersley) mess behind them and prepare to start their own family. This season features a wildfire spreading toward Virgin River, Brady (Benjamin Hollingsworth) trying to somewhat contain the drugs being smuggled through the lumberyard, and much more. And, don't worry, there's still time for some good things, too, between Mel and Jack's adorable romance to Preacher (Colin Lawrence) looking to move on with a new love interest, there's never a dull moment on Virgin River.
When it returned: Part 1 on Sept. 7 and two holiday episodes on Nov. 30 on Netflix

14.Scott Pilgrim Takes Off
The cast of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World reunite with this new anime series, and I am so excited for it. Executive produced by BenDavid Grabinski and Bryan Lee O'Malley, who wrote the original comics, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off follows Scott (Michael Cera) who meets the girl of his dreams Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), but now must defeat her seven evil exes in order to date her, and yes, that's when things get complicated.

15.Lawmen: Bass Reeves
From Yellowstone executive producer and creator Taylor Sheridan, David Oyelowo, and Chad Feehan, Lawmen: Bass Reeves tells the story of legendary lawman Bass Reeves (David Oyelowo) and his rise from enslavement to law enforcement as the first Black US Marshal west of the Mississippi. 16.The Buccaneers
Inspired by Edith Wharton's unfinished last novel of the same name, The Buccaneers tells the story of a group of fun-loving American girls who take the tightly corseted London season of the 1870s by storm. This kicks off an Anglo-American culture clash as London is infiltrated by a refreshing disregard for centuries of buttoned up tradition. Think Bridgerton meets some of the drama and teen angst of The Summer I Turned Pretty. Honestly, that's what sold me.

17.Fellow Travelers

18.One Piece

19.The Morning Show Season 3
Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon return in the third season of The Morning Show this fall. Once again, everyone's alliances are tested as the UBA team is forced to confront their core values both in and out of the newsroom. 20.Upload Season 3
This underrated and amazing series returns with Season 3 soon, and picks up right where the previous season left off. Once again, Nathan (Robbie Amell) is dealing with A LOT. After reuniting with Nora (Andy Allo) in a new physical body, the duo will look to navigate their new relationship while also racing to stop the mysterious conspiracy that threatens to destroy millions of people. There's also the little matter of Nathan's nose bleeding at the end of Season 2, so his head could literally, maybe, explode at any second.

21.Starstruck Season 3
Rose Matafeo returns in Starstruck Season 3 soon. Still living in London and working at the local cinema, Jessie (Matafeo) explores her newly single life after parting ways with Tom (Nikesh Patel). Two years out from their breakup, Jessie navigates the pressures of adulthood and is confronted with the consequences of her actions as her friends move on to the next stages of life while she is left still questioning what she really wants.

22.Fargo Season 5
This beloved anthology series returns with a new season that promises to get back to the basics that made Fargo so good in the first place. 24.The Continental: From the World of John Wick
This three-part limited series follows the origins of the iconic hotel-for-assassins, which is a centerpiece in the John Wick universe.
