The internet has become the best place to find potentially life-changing hacks and yet another clever trick has been revealed to the world.

She shared her tips on the Mums Who Clean Facebook page, as she explained how her $3 dollar hack has helped to get her oven squeaky clean.

“Look what happened. I used bicarbonate of soda and vinegar and a nylon scouring pad inside the oven,” she explained.

Considering she hadn’t cleaned the oven in over nine years, the results really do speak for themselves.

She then explained how to deal with the over racks as she continued: “For the door and the racks I soaked in the bath tub with dishwasher tablet wrapped in foil.

But another user explained how exactly to make that combination work.

“Wrap the tray with alfoil and put in a sink big enough or even the bath and submerge in hot water. Then place a dishwasher tablet on top,” she explained.

“The let soak for a few hours or overnight depending on how bad the build-up is. You may need a little scrub afterwards but it mostly all just wipes off easily.”

But other mums pointed out it is essential that you balance the dishwasher tablet on the top of the tray.

The hack comes just weeks after another clever mum’s cheap cleaning tip made waves across the web.
