The 2025 Tony Awards Announce Ceremony Date

Just like a traveling band of circus performers, the Tony Awards seem to be traveling up and down Manhattan, setting up shop at a different venue every year. After a stint at Radio City Music Hall, the covid-pandemic pushed the 2021 ceremony into Broadway's own Winter Garden Theatre. Then it was back to Radio City in 2022, uptown to the United Palace in 2023 and over to Lincoln Center in 2024. Now finally, Broadway's biggest night will return to Radio City for the 78th Tony Awards on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

The 78th Tony Awards will celebrate excellence during Broadway’s 2024-2025 season. Officially called the Antoinette Perry Awards, the Tonys were founded by the American Theatre Wing in 1947.
