Wolfgang Puck is pulling out all the stops for the annual Oscars Governors Ball.

The celebrity chef, 75, gave Parade an exclusive inside look at the food he will be serving at the annual Oscars Governors Ball, which is set to take place following the 97th annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 2.

"We're going to make 1,200 chicken pot pies. We're going to make 1,000 small individual macaroni and cheeses," Puck exclusively tells Parade. "We're gonna make enough Thai noodles with shrimps for 1,000 people. We're going to have 1,200 Oscars with smoked salmon and caviar. We're going to have 3,000 chocolate Oscars for the people to take home. We're cooking 90 Peking ducks and slicing it to order, and we're having 60 filet of beef, which we [will] make into a Wellington, and 200 pounds of shrimp, so it's a lot of food."

Puck also tells Parade that he and the other chefs have no problem whipping up something off the menu for anyone who asks — especially this year's nominees.

"I have six chefs doing all special orders," he says. "So, if Zoë Saldaña wants a little taco with beef in it, or if she wants just some Miyazaki beef or she wants some grilled shrimp or a grilled fish, we have it. If she's a vegetarian, we make her a vegetarian dish."

Puck adds, "And for Demi Moore, we'll see what she likes. If she loves our Peking duck or the chicken pot pie, [or] if she wants something special, we have chefs that can do [it]."

In addition to the mouthwatering menu, wines by Clarendelle and Domaine Clarence Dillon will be served throughout the evening, with Champagne Lallier also being served. Tequila cocktails made by Don Julio will also be available.

As for what will make this year's Governors Ball extra special, Puck — who has been catering for Oscars attendees for more than 30 years now — tells Parade that the event is "always special" to him.

"The Oscars is really the main event in Los Angeles, maybe in America, so we make it really special," he says. "The magic of movies mixed with the magic of great food — it's a perfect evening."
