@ Martine B - try lots and lots of sex every day with your partner - you'll get fit and if you get the right result - you'll gain weight all at the same time, all while having a really enjoyable time. :-)
There you go ladies. Yahoo plainly thinks that you are all so dumb that you believe "instant" weight loss is possible. Now you know not to bother reading Women's Health articles ever again.
this can be also a problem, but it just goes to show that it's really all about your genes, these people who write this stuff, and i mean stuff, are very biased and have no room for any other reason for why we look like the way we look, everyone is an individual and you cannot have 1 size fits all. i actually lost a lot of weight by going off all lowfat foods and replacing with real butter, real creamy milk, lots of good olive oil and meat and fish and veges, i went back to nature, i cut out all processed foods and sugars, i actually found mrs flannerys a big help, good luck with your quest, and listen to your body.you are a unique human being, so look at what you're eating every day and see if you can improve it, remember that all those margarines that people eat have been proven to change our endocrine system and our metabolism, take a tip from the ant world, i put butter and margerine on a plate to see which one they consider a food, guess what, they would not touch the margerine, they ate the butter, good luck.
