This womens Health Magazine is "cutting edge stuff" and very timely, because obesity is the greatest threat to the survival of mankind, not global warming.

John Wayne, the gun-toting filmstar wild west man, did not bother to eat much fibre, and when he died of cancer, they found 15 kgs of solidified waste in his intenstines that had blocked him up with unnecessary constipation issues for a significant part of his lifetime. If John had known how important fibre is, he would have lived another 20 years and not had to carry all that extra weight around day after day. month after month, year after year.

There is a time for work, and a time for "cooling down"; it' to do with something called "organization'. If you don' t get that, might as well go on the dole and save on your food to get help at home, too! only then will you be a "single tasking "achiever"!

Yo Steve B - why didn't they put in the advice that if you buy their magazine, you have less money for food? You can work through hunger pains by licking their food photos and pretending you're full. Good luck explaining to the boss why your work screen died from being bitten.

After all that BuIIshit, you expect me to subscribe to your magazine? If this "advice" is any indication of the kind of info found in your magazine, forget it.
