Brekkie trifle

It’s only the most important meal of the day if you eat the right stuff. This recipe packs the ideal mix of carbs, protein and good fats.

Ingredients

½ cup tinned or fresh raspberries
½ cup granola
1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
1 tbs slivered almonds

Method

Layer each ingredient in a large glass tumbler or small glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve.
