You can’t avoid packaged foods these days. Like vampire-themed TV shows, they’re everywhere. So which ones are worth buying, and which are just giant bags of fat, sugar and chemicals? For our third annual packaged foods story, we sent our nutrition expert Sharon Natoli, director of Food & Nutrition Australia, off to roam the supermarket and bring us back the best of the best – 101 packaged foods that pack the most nutrients and the least nasty stuff. So here they are – rip into ’em! (then dispose of packaging thoughtfully afterwards.)
