    just pointing out...... THIS IS a list..... if u separate NOW and THEN.... only 8 each, re quinoa and krill or kale...... there are being mentioned by those in "circles" of nutritionist, dietician, health professionals.. I'm talking..... from different continents...... such as, American - not usa- , Japan. NOt just in Australia.. Hope this help guys. However, if others still like to bash-the-writers... go ahead, free to express your opinion, Just make sure, You don't sound stupid, oops, sorry better word "uninformed" .... :)
