2 avocados, chopped
1 tin lentils
1 small onion or shallots, chopped
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, chopped
Handful of mixed herbs
1/2 cup crumbled fetta cheese
Pepper to taste
Your personal favourite dressing
1. Rinse lentils under cold water and put in to a salad bowl.
2. Cut avocado and other ingredients and add to lentils.
3.Top with dressing and season to taste.
4. Cool in fridge, use when ready.
TIPS: Relax and read a book OR relax and do your nails.
