1 avocado, peeled with stone removed
125g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion, peeled and finely diced
1/2 cup flaked almonds, toasted
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Blend together cream cheese, avocado, lemon juice and onion.
2. Fold almonds through mixture.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Serve with veggie sticks, low fat crackers or corn chips.
