What's the first word that comes to mind when we say: “your stomach”? Is it “flabby”, “bloated”, “full” – or all of the above? We have a complex relationship with it, and a recent study of 2011 women by UK market research company Mintel found 69 per cent were most concerned about their “muffin top” over any other body part. To help keep control of yours this winter, we asked dietitian Keri Glassman to pull together a five-day flavour-packed eating plan to power up your energy, stop the bloat and melt stomach fat.

if people need to loose weight they should go on the oselean plan from mannatech as it disolves the body fat and not muscle and it tastes great and a small amount of exercise and job done I loveit cause it is safe for people who are diebetics ok
