I am trying to think of a recipe ... ... hmmm ... .. oaten and walnut crumbed salmon served over sliced avocado with a (lightly herbed) red wine jelly ... and of course the remainder of the lively pinot noir will not go begging ...

The best thing I did for my heart was lose weight. There is a family history of heart disease so I did the Cohen's Program 3 years ago and lost 40kg in 21 weeks without having to exercise!. Only thing I've ever done that has managed to keep it off and me healthy. Now I can exercise without putting excess strain on my heart.
