Works achilles, calves, hip flexors, triceps and upper back Hold a magic circle low behind your bum, pressing the ring between your palms. Step forward with your right foot and bend your right knee, keeping it behind your toes. Inhale and squeeze the circle as you lift it as high as you can. Keep squeezing the circle, exhale and lower it. That’s one rep. Do 10 without releasing the squeeze. Return to start and repeat, stepping forward with your left foot.
