The warm-up Single-leg hip extension
Lie face up with your arms out to the sides, right knee bent, left leg straight and raised off the floor. Lift your leg until it’s in line with your right thigh and push your hips upwards, forming a straight line from shoulders to knees. Pause, then lower to start. Do 10 reps, then switch legs and repeat.
