This deceptively simple workout will tone you up all over and incinerate kilojoules
Compound moves build muscle, burn fat and shake up a stale routine, says strength and conditioning coach Robert dos Remedios. “Best of all, they add intensity and burn more in less time.” Each workout features two moves that together work as a superset. Complete each exercise (six to 10 reps of each), resting for 60 to 90 seconds after finishing both sides – repeat for a total of two sets. Tip: activate your core throughout each exercise.
