Works thighs, chest and arms
Lie on back with knees bent and feet flat on floor. Hold a 3 to 5kg dumbbell in each hand, keeping the weights directly above your chest with palms facing away from you. Press hips off floor until torso forms a straight line, and contract abs to hold yourself still. Click for next step.
