All you need for head-to-toe toning
You’d think something round and something flat would be about as compatible as socks and sandals. But a wall and a stability ball are a power pair. The wall adds support for moves that would otherwise be dicey on a roll-prone ball, so you should have more muscle-working options. Try these moves from group fitness instructor Shannon O’Regan. Work up to three sets three times a week. Rest 30 to 60 seconds between sets.
