STEP-UP LUNGE Stretches hamstrings and hip flexors, strengthens glutes and thighs Grab 1 to 2kg dumbbells and stand a metre from a bench just below knee height. Step forward, put left foot flat on top of bench, and sink into a deep lunge. Press up, bringing right foot flat onto bench to complete rep. Repeat, stepping back with right foot. Do two sets of 16.
