Dumbbell Squat Press B

Grab each dumbbell and straighten your legs while pressing the dumbbells overhead. Squat again and place the dumbbells on the floor. Return to standing. That's one rep. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps, resting for 30 seconds between sets.
